Recipe: 1 cup maida, 1tbsp hot oil, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 pinch soda powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp hing and oil for frying

Method: Sieve maida. Mix salt, red chilli powder, soda, hing, hot oil and prepare soft dough, using water. Knead well. Divide dough into small portions. Shape into balls. Dust with maida and roll them like poori. Cut into thin long slices with tukdi cutter and spread them on a plate, and deep fry in oil in golden brown and crisp.
