Cooked raw rice or basmati rice 2cups, 1/4 cup finely chopped beans, 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot, 1/4 cup green peas, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1tsp vinegar, 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions, byadagi red chillies 4-5, garlic cloves 4-5, small piece ginger, cashew nuts 2 tsp, 2-3tbsps oil, salt to taste.
Put byadagi chilli in hot water for 15 – 20 minutes. Then grind along with ginger & garlic in to smooth paste. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan.Add carrot, beans n green peas and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Then lower the flame. Add ginger, garlic paste & sauté for few seconds. Then add cashew nuts, ground paste and fry for a minute. Add soy sauce, vinegar and cook on a medium flame 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Add rice n salt, mix well n cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Garnish with spring onion greens
