Ingredients: Beans 1 cup, red chillies 2, garlic 3 – 4, coconut gratings 3 tbsps, green chillies 2 – 3, mustard 1/2 tsp, jeera 1 tsp, haldi powder 1/2 tsp, finely chopped onion 1, curry leaves few, oil 2 tbsps and salt to taste.
Method: Grind coconut gratings, jeera, green chillies, haldi. When grind add very little water. In a pan put some oil. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Then add garlic n finely chopped onions. When onions are little brown add finely chopped beans, salt n grinded masala and very few water. Cook for 5 – 10 minutes. Beans thoran is ready.
