Ingredients: Ghee 3/4 cup, sugar 2 cups, besan 1cup, milk 1 cup, cashewnuts (ground) 1/2 cup
Method: Fry besan till nice aroma came out (15-20) minutes. Then add all other ingredients. Stir constantly till the blend thickens almost forming a lump. Transfer a blend to a wooden board smeared with ghee. Cut into pieces when warm.
