Ingredients: 2 raw banana, 2 red chillies,1 tsp mastard seeds, 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tbsp coconut oil and salt to taste.
Method: Cut banana into small square pieces. In a pan, add oil. When hot, put mustard seeds and redchilli bits .When mustard splutters add banana pieces,salt and little water. Turn over.cook on low flame, under cover for 5 to 10 minutes or cook till done. Lastly add grated coconut.
