Ingredients: 2 cups milk, badam 1 cup, sugar 1 cup, ghee 1 cup,1/2 tsp saffron (put into 1 tbsp hot milk), and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
Method: Soak badam in to boiling water for 10 – 15 minutes.Then grind into fine paste. In a pan add badam paste, sugar, milk and ghee and cook on medium flame, turning over constantly. When the lump is almost formed, add saffron stirred in a little milk. When ghee reappears on sides on the pan, mix cardamom powder. Allow into cool. Garnish with raisins and cashew nut roasted in ghee.
