Bimbula Jam

Ingredients: 15-20 medium size bimbul, 1 and half cup sugar, 2 cloves

Method: Wash bimbul and boil till soft.In a pan add sugar and 1 cup of water and heat till sugar dissolves. Then add boiled bimbul and stir continuously till the syrup becomes sticky (but not stringy) and dry. Then add powdered cloves.Transfer to a bottle when cool.
