Butter Milk Dosa (Thakka Polo)

Ingredients: 2 cup dosa rice (raw rice), 1/2 cup thick beaten rice,1 cup butter milk + 1 cup water,1/2 tsp baking soda,oil for frying and salt to taste.

Method: Wash rice and beaten rice and soak in butter milk & water for 3 to 4 hours. Then grind to a fine paste. Leave it over night. Next day add salt and soda and make dosas. Roast it only one side.
