Ingredients: Sabudana 1 cup, semolina (bombay rawa) 1 cup, coconut gratings 1/4 cup, chopped green chillies 2, finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsps, salt and sugar to taste.
Method: Soak 1 cup sabudana for 2 hours. Then add a cup of semolina, grated coconut,chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, salt and sugar to taste. Make batter like that for uttappam and spread on tawa. Roast both sides. Serve with coriander leaves chutney
