Ingredients : Pineapple 1, Ripe Banana (Nendra) 1, Black Grapes 10, Chilli powder 3/4 tsp, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, Salt to taste, Jaggery 1/4 cup (grated), Curd 1/2 cup.
For grinding : Grated coconut 1 cup, Cumin seeds less than 1/4 tsp, Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp (crushed).
For Seasoning : Coconut Oil 1 tsp, Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp, Red chilli 1-2 (Optional), Curry leaves few.
Method : Peel and cut pineapple and banana into even size pieces. Grind coconut with cumin seeds into fine paste, add crushed mustard to the paste. Cook pineapple and banana in enough water with chilli powder and turmeric powder, add grapes, jaggery and salt. Add ground paste and cook few moreadd whipped curds, allow it to come to boil and remove from fire immediately. Fry seasoning in oil and add to the gravy.
