Ingredients: Maida 250 grams, Milk 1 liter, sugar 250 grams (as per your taste), cardamom powder 1 tsp, raisins 2 tsps, cashewnus bits 2 tsps and dalda for frying and pinch of salt.
Method: Prepare dough in the same way as for poori, and make small poories and deep fry in dalda. Then cut in to small pieces and put into boiling water and drain it. Roast cashewnut pieces and raisins separately in 2 tsp ghee. Boil milk in a pan. Add sugar, crushed poories. Bring to boil in a small flame. Remove from flame. Add raisins, cashewnuts and cardamom powder. Stir and serve.
