Ingredients: 1 cup boiled sprouted green gram (moogu),1 big onion chopped, 1 big tomato chopped, 1 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp kitchen king powder, 1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tbsps refined oil, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Method: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions. Fry till it becomes transparent. Then add chilli powder, kitchen king powder, haldi powder & coriander powder & fry 2-3 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes. When tomatoes are masshy, add cooked greengram (moogu) & fry for a while. Add little water & cook for 2 – 3 minutes or it becomes dry. Remove from flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapathis or rotis.
