Methi Leaves Sanna Idli

Ingredients: 1 cup idli rava, 1/2 cup coconut gratings, 2 tbaps chilli powder, 1 tsp tamarind paste, 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped methi leaves, and salt to taste.

Method: Mix all the above ingredients using little water. The batter should be thick. Grease idli cups with oil and fill them the batter and steam in an idli vessel for 20 – 25 minutes. When cool, transfer them to the vessel.
