Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour, 1/2 cup finely chopped methi leaves, 3 tbsps yogurt, 3 tbsps gram flour, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 2 tsps powdered jaggery and salt to taste.
Method: Mix all the ingredients, using little water and make a soft dough, like chapathi dough. Keep covered for an hour. Then make paratas. Roast on both sides on tava.
