Ingredients: Maida 1 cup, sugar 1/4 cup, ghee 3 tbsps, one pinch baking soda , 1/2 tsp salt and oil for frying.
Method: In a pan add little water to sugar and heat till sugar dissolved. Switch off the gas. Then add maida, salt, baking soda and ghee and mix it well, and prepare soft dough, knead well. Divide dough in to small portions. Shape into balls. Dust with maida and roll them like chapathis. Cut into diamond shaped pieces with a cutter and spread them on a plate and deep fry in a low flame.
