Ingredients: Milk powder 200 grams, milkmaid 200 grams, ghee 3 – 4 tbsps saffron (kesar) few strands, cardamom powder 1 tsp.
Method: Heat 3-4 tbsps of ghee. When warm add 200 grams milk maid and then 200 grams of milk powder. Keep stirring till it thickens, and leave the sides. Now add kesar soaked in milk and cardamom powder. Remove from flame and then make pedas.
