Ingredients: 1 cup arrowroot powder (kuve pitt), 1 cup milk, 2 cups water, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup strawberry pulp, 2 tbsps ghee.
Method: Mix arrowroot powder with 8 -10 cups of water. Then strain through a strainer and collect in another vessel. Set aside for half an hour. Then decant water on top. To the collected flour add milk,sugar, strawberry pulp and 2 cups of water. Cook, stirring constantly till the paste becomes transparent. Add 1 tbsp of ghee and cook on low flame.R emove from the flame. Spread the paste on thali, smeared with ghee. When cool cut into pieces.
