Ingredients: Salted Jack fruit 2 cups, Mustard seeds 1 tsp, Red chillies 3 (chopped), Oil 2 tsps, Grated coconut 2 tsps.

Method: Soak salted jack fruit in fresh water for half an hour. Remove the jackfruit from water. Slice the jack fruit pieces into thin 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds. When it crackles, add red chilly pieces and fry for 10 seconds. Add jack fruit slices and fry for 2 minutes. Sprinkle little water over it. Add grated coconut finally and mix well.
