Tomato Gojju

3 tomatoes, boiled in water for 8 -10 minutes.When cool, remove the skin and mashed it. Add 1 fine chopped green chilli,1 small finely chopped onion and few chopped coriander leaves. Season with mustard and curry leaves in oil. Add salt to taste. Delicious tomato gojju is ready to serve.
