Chana Kosambari

Ingredients: 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1/2 cup soaked chana,1 tsp lime juice, 2 tbsps grated coconut, 2 tsp coriander leaves, 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 red chilli and salt to taste.

Method: Mix the above ingredients, and season it with mustard and red chilli in oil.
