Ingredients: 1/4 cup coconut gratings, 3-4 red chillies, tamarind paste 1/2 tsp, mustard seeds 1/2 tsp, hing powder or water 1/2 tsp, curry leaves few, oil 2 tsps and salt to taste.

Method: Grind coconut gratings, red chillies, tamarind and salt to a fine paste. Add water as required. Season with mustard seeds, hing powder and curry leaves in oil. Instead of hing powder, you can add hing water also. chutney
