Ingredients:1 cup tender thori (thur), 2 red chillies, 3 green chillies, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 5 tsp oil, 1 tbsp coconut gratings, 1 tsp hing water and salt to taste.
Method: Boil tender thur in just enough water. Add chopped green chillies and salt to taste. Remove from flame. Prepare seasoning in frying pan with red chilli bits and mustard in oil. Drop boiled thur in pan. Turn over. Cook on low flame for 5 – 6 minutes. Remove from flame. Garnish with coconut gratings. Add hing water. Stir and serve.
