Bhendi Fry

Ingredients: 250 gms Bhindi (ladies finger), 2 onions, 1 tomato, 1/2 tsp mustard, 4-5 methi seeds, 3 tsp oil, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp tamarind pulp, salt to taste

Method: In a pan take oil and put mustard ,methi seeds,and chopped onions. Saute onions and add chopped tomato and fry till it becomes soft add cut bhindi, salt and cover with a lid when it is half cooked addchilli powder, pepper powder,haldi and tamarind pulp and mix well ..
