Ingredients: Clocassia leaves 20-25, (terra pann), green chillies 4-5, hog plums (ambado) 3 – 4, finely chopped ginger, coconut gratings 1/2 cup, red chillies 7-8, mustard seeds 1 tsp, curry leaves few , oil 1 tbsp and salt to taste
Method: Clean and wash terra pann, peel its stem and chop. Put in to pressure cooker along with crushed ambado, slit green chillies and chopped ginger. Pressure cook for 3 – 4 whistle. Grind coconut gratings, red chillies into a fine paste. Add to the leaves mixture along with salt. Bring to boil. Season with mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil.
