Paneer Dosa

For batter: Dosa rice 3 cups, urad dal 1 cup, methi 1 tsp, turdal 1 fist full. 
Soak in water for 3 hours and then grind to a fine paste. Keep it over night for fermentation. Next day add 2 tbsps bombay rava,1 tsp sugar and salt.

For bhaji: Grated paneer 150 grams, onion (chopped) 2, Tomatoes (chopped) 2, green chillies (slit) 3, jeera 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, coriander leaves 2 tbsps, and salt to taste

Method: In a pan add oil, when hot put jeera. When it splutters put chopped onio and fry for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes and green chillies. Saute for 2 – 3 minutes. Then add turmeric powder, salt, grated paneer and coriander leaves. Saute for 2 minutes. Switch of the gas. Bhaji is ready. Then make usual masala dosas.
