Bhajji Upkari

Method is the same as for vegetable upkari. Wash bhajji (red or green). Chop finely. Prepare seasoning in frying pan with red chillies and mustard in oil. Drop chopped bhajji and salt in it. Turn over thoroughly. Cook till tender. Remove from flame. Garnish with coconut gratings (optional)
