Ingredients: Bread 8 slices, cheese grated 1 and 1/2 cup, green chillies 4-6, fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup, onion 1, capsicum 1 (optional), crushed pepper corns 1 tsp, salt to taste.
Method: Wash and finely chop green chillies, onion, capsicum and coriander leaves. In a bowl, mix cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, onion, capsicum, crushed pepper corns and salt. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions.Toast bread slices on one side on a tawa. Apply cheese mixture on non-toasted side of bread slices. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.Grill in a preheated oven till cheese melts and turns golden brown. Cut each slice diagonally into two and serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
