Vaigana mashingasang thalasani (brinjal and drumstick thalasani)

Ingredients: Brinjal or egg plant big 1, drumstick 2, garlic pods 6 – 7, oil 2 tbsps, red chillies 3, and salt to taste.

Method: Cut brinjal into medium pieces and drumsticks in to 2 & 1/2 inch long. Wash. In a kadai heat oil, add garlic pods and red chilli bits.when garlic turns to golden brown add brinjal and drumsticks along with salt and 1 cup of water. Cook till brinjal and drumsticks becomes soft.
