Ingredients: Raw rice 1/2 cup, turdal 2 tbsps, red chilli 8, tamarind 1 small pellet, onion 1 chopped, finely chopped thaikilo 1/2 cup, salt to taste and oil for roasting
Method: Soak rice and turdal for 1/2 an hour. Then grind to a fine paste along with red chilli and tamarind without adding much water. Then add chopped onion and thaikilo. Add salt. Grease tawa with oil. When sufficiently hot, flatten the dosa mixture on it. Fry on both sides.
