Mushroom Khalkhal Uppkari

Fry 2 handful of peeled garlic in oil till light pink in colour… then add 5 tsp of chilli powder… fry for a while, add thick tamarind pulp , salt to taste…& very little water & bring to a boil….. then add Mushrooms…cook till done….(Masala should b thick)
