Egg Pakora

Ingredients: 3-4 Eggs, Boiled. 1 cup Bengal Gram Flour, 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 Pinch Baking Soda, ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tbsp Chaat Masala, Oil for Fry, Salt to taste

Method: In a large bowl, add bengal gram flour, red chilli powder, baking soda, black pepper and salt. Mix well and make thick batter using required water. Drop eggs in batter and coat well and keep aside them. Heat in a pan and deep fry coated eggs over high-medium flame till the golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper and cut them into halves pieces. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot with chutney
