Ingredients: Tender mango (Appe medi) 15 to 20 (wash and cleaned), mustard seeds 1 tbsp, asafoetida (hing) small ball, salt to taste, roasted red chillies 10 and kumte chillies 3.
Method: Grind together chillies, mustard seeds and hing together to a smooth paste with little salted water. Mix the ground paste with tender mango and very little salt. Mix this thoroughly. Kept it in a air tight container.
