Ingredients: 1/2 kg seer fish, 2 tbsps tamarind pulp ,5 to 6 garlic cloves, 2 tsp coriander seeds, 2 tbsps chilly powder & salt
Method: Put in to mixer & grind to a smooth paste & marinate to the fish. Keep it for 1 hour. In a pan put 2 tbsps oil, add garlic cloves & curry leaves. Saute for a while. Then add fish & cooked both sides.
