Ingredients: 2 medium size ripe banana, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup yogurt (curd), 1/4 cup oil, 1 pinch salt, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
Method: Roughly chop bananas and blend with sugar and yogurt for about 20 seconds to get a smooth paste.Transfer this paste to a large bowl. Add oil,salt and baking soda and mix it well. To this add maida little by little mixing as you add. Mix thoroughly, make sure there are no lumps. Preheat oven180 degree C. Line a baking tin, grease it well with oil. Pour the cake batter in to the baking tin. Bake for 35 minutes,till a fork inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
