Avale Khadi (Gooseberry Khadi)

Ingredients: Gooseberry/Avale 2 or 3, Fresh scraped coconut 1 small cup, Red chillies 4, Garlic 8, Oil 1 tbsp.
Method: Cook gooseberry until done. Remove the seed. Grind it with coconut and roasted red chillies into a fine paste. Add this mixture into a vessel, make it into a thick consistency and heat it. Add salt. In a small pan heat oil and fry crushed garlic. And temper it on the khadi. Boil it for 3 minutes and switch of the flame.
