Ingredients: Cauliflower (gobi) big 1 (wash and cut in to florets ), kumte chillies (badagi) 25 – 30, coriander seeds 2 tbsps, jeera 1 tsp, garlic 10, mustard seeds 1/2 tsp, methi seeds 1/4 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, curry leaves 2 sprigs, tamarind ( marble size), ghee1/4 cup and salt to taste.
Method: Grind all the above ingredients except ghee, in to a fine paste. Marinate to gobi florets and keep it for half an hour. In a pan put ghee.When it is hot add marinated gobi in to it and fry till its raw smell goes out and cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a low flame cover with lid. No need of adding water. When it is cooked switch off the flame.
