Ingredients: 1 pav ( cup) horse gram, 1 pav black gram dal, 1 and half pav rice and salt to taste.
Method: Soak horse gram and black gram dal together in water for 2 hours. Soak rice separately. Wash all the three. First grind the horse gram and black gram dal to a fine paste and transfer to a vessel. Then grind rice coarsely (soji consistency). Mix both the ground pastes and add salt. There is no need to ferment the batter.Pour it to the idli container and steam it for 20 to 30 minutes.
