Set Dosa

Ingredients: Raw rice 3 cup, thick beaten rice (poha) 3/4 cup, sabudana 1.5 tbsp, urad dal 1/4 cup, methi 1 tsp, yogurt 3/4 cup, soda bi carb 1/2 tsp and salt to taste.

Method: Soak raw rice, beaten rice, sabudana urad dal methi in water 2-3 hours. Wash and grind all together to a fine paste. Add soda, salt and keep it over night. Next day make dosas
