Ingredients: 1 cup black gram dal (udidu), 21/2 cup wheat flour (ghova peeta), salt to taste, oil for roasting.
Method: Soak black gram dal in water for 2 hours. Wash. Grind to a fine paste. Sieve wheat flour. Mix it with little water make a paste and add it to the dal batter. Mix well. Add salt and beat well. Prepare dosas by spreading the batter thinly on hot dosa pan smeared with oil, roasting with on both sides.
Note: No need of fermentation.
