Jeev Kadgi Sali Potato

Ingredients: Finely chopped bread fruit outer skin 1 cup (jeev kadgi sali), finely chopped potatoes 2 (length wise), red chilli powder 3 tsps, salt 1 tsp, mustard seeds 1 tsp and oil 2 tbsps


Method: Wash and apply salt to potatoes and bread fruit s
kin and keep aside for 15 minutes. Prepare seasoning in frying pan with mustard seeds in oil. Then add red chilli powder and fry for 1 minute in a low flame. Squeeze out water from potatoes and bread fruit skin and drop in a pan. Turn over.Cook under cover for 5 to 10 minutes, turning over occasionally in a low flame. Once it cook remove from the fire.
