Corn Bhel

1 1/2 cups boiled tender corn (makai ke dane) kernels
2 medium potatoes , cubed and boiled
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 to 2 green chillies , chopped
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
salt to taste

For The Garnish
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.
Add the onions, green chillies, asafoetida and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, till the onions are translucent.
Add the tomatoes, corn, potatoes, lemon juice, coriander, sugar and salt and mix well.
Garnish with the coriander and serve immediately..
