Ingredients: Maida 200 grams, sugar 100 grams, white butter 80 grams, whole milk 100 ml, raisins 1 tbsp, chopped seedless dates 3 tbsps, honey 1 tbsp, curd 2 tbsps, soda bi-carb 1/2 tsp, baking powder 1/4 tsp.
Method: Sieve maida, soda bi-carb and baking powder in a bowl, keep it aside. Take another bowl, add butter, sugar and beat well with the help of a blender. Add honey, curd, raisins, dates and flour mixture and mix well. Slowly add milk to bring to a smooth medium batter consistency. Grease baking dish with ghee or butter and pour the batter in to it. Bake at 180 degree C for 30 to 35 minutes. Check by inserting a knife at the centre of the cake. If it comes out clean it means cake is ready.
