Ingredients: 1 cauliflower, 2 tsps chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 cup bengal gram flour, 1 tsp hing water and salt to taste.
Method: Wash cauliflower and cut in to small florets. Apply salt to it and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze of water. Blend chilli powder, bengal gram flour, cumin seeds and hing water to make a thick paste. Heat oil in frying pan, and deep fry the florets in to golden brown.
