Ingredients: 4 to 5 tomatoes 9 finely chopped), sav 1/4 cup, mustard seeds 1/2 tsp, slit green chillies 3, 1 tsp chopped curry leaves, hing a pinch, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Method: In a pan put some oil. Add hing powder, mustard seeds, jeera, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for a while. Then add tomatoes, cook till it becomes mashy. Add all the powders one by one and saute for 1 minute. Add sugar and salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with sav and coriander leaves
