Scrap karela sides a little & wash . Cut karela round wise thinly , apply salt & keep aside for 5 minutes & deep fry. Fry only till its colour changes. Now heat oil add length wise cut onions saute till they are translucent & add karela scrappings saute add haldi , coriander powder, aamchur, red chilli powder.
