Ingredients: 15 to 20 medium size bimbul, 1 cup red chillies (15 to 20), 2 handful coriander seeds, 2 tsp methi seeds and 1 tbsp salt (according to your taste)
Method: Wipe and dry bimbul with clean cloth and cut in to length wise and mix salt and keep it for half an hour. Dry roast red chillies, coriander and methi seeds without oil. Then put in to mixie and make powder. Add bimbul and mix well. Kept it in a air tight container.
