Ponosu (Jack fruit) Mulika

Ingredients: Ripe jack fruit 12 plums, rice kani (thandla kani) 1/4 cup, coconut gratings 2 tbsps, cardamom powder 1 tsp, salt a pinch, ghee for frying, jaggery as for your taste.

Method: Grind jack fruit, coconut gratings and jaggery to a smooth paste.Then add rice kani ( thandla kani) & rest of the ingredients and make a thick batter. Make small balls and drop in hot ghee and deep fry till golden brown.
