Kheeri (Turmeric Leaves Payasam)

Ingredients: Basumathi rice or jeersal rice1/2 pav, coconut 1/2, turmeric leaves 2.

Method: Cook rice till it is soft.Extract juice from coconut gratings and add to cooked rice along with turmeric leaves. Cook rice in coconut milk for some time and bring to boil.It can be served plain or along with salt or sugar.
