Remove stalk of the flower bud. Clean.Apply mixture of salt, chilli powder and hing water. Roll in rice flour. Keep aside for some time. Then deep fry in oil, till crisp.

Reminds me of eating those “Taru Butai” fish fries.Pumpkin flower fries tastes great when eaten after just dipping in tomato ketchup.beautifully done.
