Bamboo Shoot (Kirlu) Fry

Ingredients: Kirlu (salted bamboo shoot) 4 to 5, chilli powder, rice flour, hing water, oil for frying, salt to taste.

Method: Soak bamboo shoot in water for 1/2 an hour. Then squeeze out the water. Apply chilli powder, very little salt and few drops of hing water. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Then roll in rice flour and deep fry till crisp.
